Understanding the Fragments
The core essentials of what you need to know before you start using the fragments.
What are the Fragments?
For the purposes of personal use, they are observed patterns of behavior at differing levels of depth.
They're pieces of how a person may think and behave, coming together to describe an experience.
And the user may use this description to reflect on their own experiences.
This is a brief overview of each one:
Breadth is how you demonstrate who you are.
Harmony is how you connect with others.
Evolution is how you transform others' behaviors.
Vitality is how you've retained memories.
Will is how you've connected information together.
Causality is how you've repeated procedures.
Presence is how you assess internal/external differences.
Resonance is how you form internal/external associations.
Judgement is how you correct self/others' behaviors.
It's assumed that...
a person has all nine fragments,
the demonstration of a fragment varies from moment to moment
a person will naturally prefer to use some far more often than others
a person will neglect, avoid, and devalue the use of their underused ones
I surmise that, for the purposes of personal use, these patterns are distinct characteristics that can be developed and worked on if you care to do so in the first place.
Who are the Fragments for?
From what I've observed, the fragments are for people that feel they need help with:
Playing into their strengths.
Taking advantage of their weaknesses.
Giving names to their various behaviors.
Improving their relationships with others.
Why use the Fragments over other tools?
There are plenty of tools for self-discovery and improvement.
You may find this one insufficient (and inevitably find another), maybe you won't.
One thing is certain: you will outgrow the use of any tool.
For fragments, this is by design.
They're made to push you outside of yourself.
Of course, there will be holes that the creator (me) will either miss or won't be compelled to fill.
From this, you will want your own answers.
"Can I achieve this?"
"What will become of me if I tried?"
"What is beyond the horizon I see before me now?"
From this, you'll have your own momentum to conduct your own forward movement into life and all that it has to offer for you.
And that's the entire point.
