As Strategies
Treating fragment as "improvable techniques."
What is a Strategy?
A strategy can be seen as a "set of actions used to create a certain outcome."
If a fragment is seen as a strategy, that fragment would be a loose collection of actions a person may knowingly (or unknowingly) commit themselves to in order to get what they want out of a situation.
Strategies are the most generalized and pragmatic way to see the fragments. They are similar to aptitudes, as they point to someone's ability to use that fragment. But the greatest differences is that strategies are without "reward" and clear, high efficiency. Efficiency is variable. Someone may deploy a strategy efficiently or exceedingly slowly. The emotional component of "reward" speaks to their attitude surrounding their own deployment, which is equally as variable.
If you deploy a strategy efficiently, while also feeling satisfaction in doing so may indicate an aptitude.
