As Aptitudes
Treating fragments as "modes of success."
What is an Aptitude?
Aptitude can be seen as "natural inclination."
If a fragment is seen as an aptitude, that fragment would be the main focus of what someone chooses to refine their approach to and seek solutions for throughout most of their life, regardless of what the problem they're seeking solutions for actually is. In a way, said fragment would also be a set of actions someone commits to because it helps manifest what they value most in the most efficient and consistently rewarding way possible.
Curiously, people with a given aptitude will naturally (and often unknowingly) try to help others develop that same aptitude within themselves, often through the use of that aptitude. This has a number of consequences if the subject is averse to manifestations of that fragment.
