Since the 15th, we've:

Yeah, that's it. I've been busy with other things.

What have we learned? How will we move forward? Let's see!

Completed the "Sight" section of the epic.

I knocked it from beginning to end in a day. 'Twas a good sprint. Many more to come, too.

"Sight" is the 6th section of The Meridian Holy's central plot, preceding the sections "Error" and "Death." Our hero awakens to see the truth of things: a cosmic error. Said hero then seeks to resolve that error, and, well, it causes problems.

I'll let you deduce what the conclusion of that is.

But this isn't the end. It's only half the story, quite literally! It moves into the ninth section titled "Voice," sparking the beginning of a new world, spoken into being through the expression of a divine law.

This new world is what I'm using as the setting for the series of games because I think it's the more interesting half.

After "Death"

Since I don't have much else to say about the script or script writing, I will speak briefly on what that new world setting is like.

The question and premise are simple. What would it be like if humans were the size of insects?

What if the most common human was based on the humble termite? Being tireless, never requiring rest, and they made these towering structures that dwarf all other forms of architecture in this world? Towers that overlook the vast field of trees that we, in our natural scale, would know to be grasses and flowers?

What would it be like for them to adopt the conventions of a termite society? Where the king and queen of a colony lived for, an equivalent, of thousands of years, and all their subjects had the opportunity to create their own colonies?

What if that order is threatened by other horrors beyond their walls? Those whose ancestors agreed to entirely different pacts (and thus, modeled after different insects, fungi, and other threats to termites)?

And what will they do to get these horrors to stop?

Like all humans, they have to choose something. And time will reveal the consequences of those choices. Good or ill.
