Welcome new and old!
There are changes coming to these updates.
Changing the update format.
Instead of two per month (one on the 7th and 21st, and sometimes 15th)...
It's now four per month (one on the 3rd, 9th, 18th, and 27th; and sometimes the one on the 18th is replaced by the 15th).
Yes, I wanted to match the theme of 3s and 9s for The World of NINE.
...
No, that's not the only reason I'm changing the schedule.
It's also because I'm shortening the updates.
This isn't because of exhaustion; I felt quite comfortable writing as much as I was. There's both structure and flexibility for me to be a little silly.
So, why the change? A sharpening focus. Getting a clearer sense of what I want this whole project to be, and how to approach it. With that comes the desire to not waste your time!
See? It's not just for the number pattern. See?

New direction, skipping straight to the good stuff.
Turns out for the past six months, I've been tying to walk with one foot while dragging the other. Was caught between two worlds. To just teach my ideas or to just make things with them. I opted to do one before the other: teach then make.
Not the right foot to start with.But I also didn't know what to make.
Now I do. I'm making an illustrated epic.
I can go on and on and on about why, and how, and everything of what I have so far, but I will honor my desire for focus and brevity. Here's a (very) small sample of practice work.
And for once in a very long time, I'm actually quite excited to put it all together and show you what it's all about.
